I’m not a size 2, don’t have a fucking thigh gap, or wash board abs, or any of the other ridiculous prerequisites society has placed on women in order for them to feel comfortable in a bathing suit. I have/am working hard on my body and my habits so that I, for myself only, like what is looking back at me from the mirror. Today is the first time since I hit puberty that I actually liked what I saw looking back at me. I felt confident, comfortable, sexy, and beautiful. That is all.
Sometimes you see an inspirational ass post by someone on tumblr with an interesting url and you end up like
"You know what pussyflakesbootycakes… You made a really good point"

Nobody should ever make you feel guilty for making healthy decisions and working to improve your life.
If they do, it’s because they’re insecure about their own life and are looking for validation.
Call them out on it or cut them out of your life. You don’t need that and you deserve better.
YOU AREN’T GOING TO SEE ANY PROGRESS UNTIL YOU GET YOUR NUTRITION IN LINE. IT’S NOT MAGIC. YOU CAN’T JUST HOPE FOR IT. YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR IT.
